About this product
Sixteen ounces in a ten and a half inch bowl only an inch and three-quarters deep. A pasta bowl is wide and shallow by design, so a portion of linguine spreads out and comes down to eating temperature instead of steaming itself into a knot in the middle.
The broad rim gives a server something to hold and a kitchen somewhere to lay a wedge of bread. At the same depth as the GB-125 but a good two inches narrower, this is the single-portion size, where the larger bowl runs closer to shared. Twelve pieces per carton suits a house buying pasta bowls a dozen at a time.
