Yanco FU-1414 Fuji Chinaware 14" x 6-1/2" Rectangular Display Platter, Bone White — Case of 12 (1 dz)

Fourteen inches by six and a half is a long, narrow display platter — better than two to one, meant for a run of items rather than a mound. It is the first of three large display platters that step 14", 16" and 18" at increasing widths.

Yanco’s keyword column calls this family a display plate, but at fourteen inches long the piece is a serving format by any measure and it is named and filed as a platter throughout. It takes the same six-and-a-half-inch width as the 13" and adds an inch of length, and unlike that piece it cases twelve, so a venue running long platters as a house format can stock them by the dozen. Magnesia-bodied chinaware, dishwasher and microwave safe.
