Yanco FU-112 Fuji Chinaware 12" Square Sushi Plate, Bone White — Case of 12 (1 dz)

Twelve inches square tops out Fuji’s sushi plate range, and it is what a kitchen reaches for when an order is shared: a large boat laid flat, a sashimi assortment, a tasting sequence set out in a grid. A hundred and forty-four square inches of face is nearly twice the area of the 9" square in the same series.

It stays a plate rather than a platter because that is the piece Yanco built — a flat sushi face with a low edge, set at a counter for one party rather than passed hand to hand. Its case of twelve matches the 10-1/2" square, so the two large sizes restock together, and this is the only square sushi plate in the collection that reaches a foot across. Bone white chinaware, safe in both the microwave and the dishwasher.
