About this product
Three corners instead of a circle, seven inches on a side and an inch deep. A triangular plate gives a kitchen two things a round cannot: a natural apex to point at the diner, and corners that hold three elements apart without the need for moulded compartments. At this size it carries an amuse trio, a cheese flight, or a dessert with a sauce pooled in one corner.
The inch of wall is upright rather than curved, so the plate will take something loose. Three dozen to a carton makes it practical for a tasting menu sending out the same trio every night.
