About this product

The 200-series rim is what separates this plate from the CA-107: instead of a rolled coupe edge, the wall stands up at the perimeter, giving a 7-1/4-inch round a defined well and a visible border. At 7/8 of an inch tall it holds more than its diameter suggests, which is why it tends to get used for warm appetisers and small saucy courses rather than dry salads.

It is the smallest upright-rim round in Cambria and the only one still packed three dozen deep. The standing rim also makes these sit more squarely on each other in a stack, a small advantage when a prep station keeps sixty of them on one shelf.
