Twelve by five and a half inches with a one-inch edge. The long edge clears ten inches, so this is a rectangular platter — and its narrow proportion makes it a passing piece rather than a plating one.

Roughly a bit over two to one, it is cut for food served in a single row: grilled skewers, a line of sliders, spring rolls, a dessert flight. On a crowded table a narrow platter can be set across the corners where nothing wider would land. The inch of wall keeps a marinade from running onto the cloth.
