At 8 inches square, BA-108 is the appetizer and side plate of the Bamboo Style squares, one inch smaller across than the 9-inch BA-1109 and two inches under the 10-inch BA-110. Square corners give a dessert or a small composed starter more visual room than a round of the same width.
Four dozen to a case makes it a sensible depth of stock for a room that turns a lot of shared plates. The bamboo relief runs out to the corners of the rim, and because melamine takes the moulding rather than a printed transfer, the grain does not wear away where the plate meets the table.
