Against the nine-and-a-quarter-inch Agate version of the same form, it adds two and a quarter inches of diameter and four ounces of volume, and the extra flange is what registers: more frame around the food. The beige glaze reads warmer than bright white under tungsten light, which flatters pastry and fruit. Chinaware, dishwasher safe and microwave safe. Twelve to the case.
