About this product
Sixty-two ounces is sharing volume, not a single portion, and the AC-12-S is the Abco round built for it: a full 12 inches of face with the interior cut deep enough to take nearly half a gallon.
A table salad for three or four, a family-style pasta, or a bulk prep of slaw at the pass all fit here. Because the capacity comes from the interior profile rather than from tall walls, the contents stay visible and reachable with tongs from any side of the table. It sits a step above the 10-1/2 inch AC-11-S at the wide end of the Abco pasta bowl run. Rolled edge white chinaware, one dozen in the case.
