About this product
Streamline rinsing, draining, and prep with the Winco ALO-11BH aluminum 11 qt colander. A wide 15 inch diameter and low 5-3/4 inch profile give your team room to work while maintaining control in crowded prep sinks. The integrated base keeps the bowl elevated for steady, hands-free draining.
Move confidently from sink to station using the side handles, whether you’re rinsing leafy greens, straining pasta, or cooling blanched vegetables. The aluminum construction supports everyday back-of-house workflows while keeping weight manageable for frequent handling.
Use the elevated base to stage draining batches or to hold contents above sink runoff for cleaner results. Ideal for restaurants, catering operations, and institutional kitchens seeking consistent, efficient prep.
