About this product
Centuries of French artistry, reimagined with modern flair. This bent-glass tray is handcrafted in our New York studio using the storied techniques of découpage, a decorative art beloved by French artisans since the 17th century. Each piece is a celebration of craftsmanship: hand-applied, richly layered and imbued with Ben’s signature eye for the charming and unexpected.
Every tray is individually signed by Ben himself, making each one an heirloom-worthy creation. Designed to delight and endure, it is food safe and easily wipes clean. The felted back adds a touch of elegance, while its versatile form is ready to display: hang it with a plate hanger, stand it on a gallery easel, or let it spark conversation at your next gathering.
Included with each piece is a folded card that shares the time-honored story of découpage, inviting the recipient into the tradition. In a world of mass production, this is a true artisan work of heart.
