Product Description
Werk-Brau Hydraulic Tilting Grading Bucket | Width 48–84" | 12–50 Tons | For Excavator
DESCRIPTION
Upgrade excavator grading performance with the Werk-Brau Hydraulic Tilting & Grading Bucket, engineered for precision grading, ditch cleaning, landscaping, contouring, and sloping applications. Its 45° dual-direction hydraulic tilt allows the bucket to angle left or right without repositioning the excavator, helping operators complete demanding finishing work with fewer passes. Built for durability, the bucket uses T-1 steel in critical and high-wear components, high-strength steel throughout the weldment, and a rigid top section for structural stability. Hardened, greasable pivot bushings, high-quality hydraulic cylinders, bottom wear straps, and tapered side plates provide dependable performance and reduced side wear. Available in 48" to 84" widths with 0.75 to 2.89 cubic yard struck capacities, it offers versatile configuration options for 12–50 metric ton excavators. The design also works with mechanical or hydraulic couplers.
Key Features
- 45° Dual Hydraulic Tilt Tilt the bucket up to 45° left or right using the dual-cylinder hydraulic system. This provides precise control for grading, ditch cleaning, slopes, contours, and finishing work without repeatedly repositioning the excavator.
- Precision Excavator Grading Designed specifically to improve an excavator's grading capabilities, this hydraulic grading bucket helps operators shape surfaces accurately and efficiently while reducing unnecessary machine movement and the number of finishing passes.
- Heavy-Duty T-1 Steel Construction T-1 steel is used in critical and high-wear components for dependable durability. High-strength steel throughout the weldment and a rigid top section provide additional structural stability during demanding grading applications.
- Dual Hydraulic Cylinders The dual-cylinder tilt system delivers controlled bucket movement and accurate positioning. High-quality hydraulic cylinders complement the rugged construction and support smooth adjustment during grading and contouring operations.
- Multiple Excavator Sizes Available for 12, 15, 20, 25, 30, 35, 40, and 50 metric ton excavators, providing configuration options for a broad range of excavator classes and jobsite requirements.
- 48"–84" Bucket Widths Choose from multiple bucket widths, including 48", 60", 66", 72", 78", and 84". Different configurations help match the attachment to the excavator and required grading coverage.
- 0.75–2.89 Cubic Yard Capacity Multiple bucket configurations provide 0.75 to 2.89 cubic yard struck capacity, allowing contractors to select a bucket suited to their excavator size and material-handling requirements.
- Ditch Cleaning & Sloping Built for ditch cleaning, sloping, landscaping, and finishing applications. The adjustable hydraulic tilt makes it easier to work across angled surfaces and achieve consistent grades.
- Tapered Side Plates Engineered with tapered side plates to help reduce wear along the bucket sides while also supporting easier material dumping and smoother bucket operation.
- Hardened Greasable Bushings Hardened, grease-ready pivot bushings are used at pivot points to support durability and maintain smooth articulation with proper lubrication and maintenance.
- Reinforced Bottom Wear Straps Bottom wear straps add reinforcement to high-contact areas, helping strengthen the bucket structure and provide additional resistance to wear during grading operations.
- Bolt-On Cutting Edge Option A bolt-on cutting edge is available as an option, providing a replaceable cutting interface for applications where additional wear protection and serviceability are required.
- Coupler Compatible Design The hydraulic tilting grading bucket can be used with a mechanical or hydraulic coupler, helping provide attachment flexibility across compatible excavator setups.
- Reduced Machine Repositioning The 45° hydraulic tilt allows operators to adjust the working angle from the excavator, reducing the need to constantly reposition the machine during grading and sloping work.
- Built for Finishing Work The bucket is optimized for grading and finishing rather than tough digging, making it a practical attachment for preparing, shaping, leveling, ditching, and contouring surfaces.
