Product Description
Werk-Brau HydraGrip Bucket | Heavy-Duty | Width 30 To 72" | 2–75 Tons | For Mini Excavators
DESCRIPTION
The Werk-Brau HydraGrip Bucket is a heavy-duty hydraulic Mini excavator attachment engineered for handling heavy, awkward, irregular, and bulky materials with greater control and retention. Its built-on hydraulic thumb maintains consistent clamping force throughout the bucket’s rotation, helping operators securely grab debris, brush, demolition material, logs, and other challenging loads while utilizing 100% of the Mini excavator’s reach. Built with T-1 steel and AR400 wear-resistant material in critical high-stress areas, the HydraGrip Bucket is designed for demanding demolition, land clearing, picking, sorting, and material handling applications. Serrated tines improve gripping force and material retention, while cushioned cylinders help reduce impact loads. Recessed cylinder and hose protection helps safeguard hydraulic components. Installation requires only two hydraulic auxiliary lines, with no welding required, making the attachment easy to transfer between machines and particularly suitable for rental fleets and multi-machine operations. Standard configurations range from 30 to 72 inches with capacities from approximately 0.74 to 5.54 cubic yards, depending on machine class and configuration.
Key Features
- Built-In Hydraulic Thumb The integrated hydraulic thumb maintains consistent clamping force throughout the bucket’s rotation, providing controlled handling of heavy, irregular, and bulky materials without relying on a separate conventional thumb attachment.
- Heavy-Duty Construction Manufactured with T-1 steel and AR400 material in critical high-stress and wear areas to support demanding Mini excavator applications including demolition, land clearing, material handling, and debris cleanup.
- Consistent Grip Strength The hydraulic cylinder design provides strong, controlled gripping performance throughout bucket movement, helping operators securely retain awkward loads and improve precision during picking and sorting operations.
- Serrated Gripping Tines Serrated tines are engineered to improve material engagement, gripping force, and retention when handling brush, debris, demolition material, logs, and other irregular loads.
- 100% Mini Excavator Reach The HydraGrip design allows operators to use the Mini excavator’s full available reach, helping improve loading access and making it easier to position and transfer materials into trucks or designated areas.
- Protected Hydraulic Components Recessed cylinders and hydraulic hose routing help protect critical components from contact and jobsite damage during demanding excavation, demolition, sorting, and land-clearing work.
- Cushioned Hydraulic Cylinders Integrated cushioning helps reduce impact loads transferred to the cylinders during operation, supporting smoother attachment movement and helping protect the hydraulic system during repetitive material handling.
- Easy Hydraulic Installation Installation requires only two auxiliary hydraulic lines, reducing setup complexity compared with conventional thumb arrangements and helping operators get the attachment working efficiently.
- No Stick Welding Required The attachment is designed for installation without welding to the Mini excavator stick, helping simplify attachment changes and supporting greater flexibility across different machines.
- Rental Fleet Friendly Easy machine-to-machine transfer makes the HydraGrip Bucket suitable for rental fleets, contractors, and operations that need to move attachments between compatible Mini excavators.
- Demolition Ready The heavy-duty Mini excavator bucket design is suited to demanding demolition work where operators need controlled gripping, material retention, and durable construction in high-stress areas.
- Land Clearing Performance Designed for brush clearing and land management, the hydraulic thumb and serrated tines provide improved control when grabbing, collecting, and moving vegetation and debris.
- Picking & Sorting Capability The controlled hydraulic grip makes the HydraGrip useful for picking and sorting applications, allowing operators to selectively grab and position materials with improved precision.
- Multiple Size Configurations Available in a range of 30–72 inch widths and multiple Mini excavator machine classes, providing configuration flexibility for mini excavators through larger Mini excavators.
- Multiple Attachment Styles Depending on machine class and configuration, the HydraGrip platform is available in Bucket, Skeleton, and Rake styles, supporting different material handling and site-cleanup requirements.
