VWD Universal Split-Awning Bunk Window - 33.94" x 19.41" O.D. (AW3218S) is a clamp-in awning window that has become a popular choice for older van models. The large lower glass panel cranks out like an awning for plenty of ventilation and added protection from rain and snow.
Its contour frame suits older US-made vans with more curved sides, such as GM, Chevrolet and Ford models with 78" radius walls. It is similar to the CR Laurence FW904RS. Because of its curvature, it is not recommended for modern Sprinters, Transits or ProMasters.

What you need to install a clamp-in window:
- Bunk window template (not always included with the window)
- Drill and metal drill bits (1/8 in. max)
- Phillips screwdriver (hand-tighten all screws)
- Step bit (3/8 in. to 1/2 in. at minimum)
- Jigsaw with a fine metal blade
- Foam or bristle paint brush
- Auto paint or primer
- Plastic or paper drop cloths
- Blue painter's tape
- Safety gear: gloves, eye protection, hearing protection, face mask and a long-sleeved shirt
