Ideal For
Individuals with arch pain who need targeted cushioning under the arch during daily standing and walking will find the gel pad's direct placement provides more focused relief than a full-length insole. People with flat feet or low arches who experience fatigue and discomfort after prolonged time on their feet will benefit from the gel cushion's support, which helps distribute pressure more evenly across the plantar surface. Those who wear multiple types of footwear throughout the day — including shoes, sandals, or going barefoot at home — will appreciate the wrap format, which stays with the foot rather than being tied to a specific pair of shoes. Individuals who have tried adhesive arch pads and found them prone to shifting will find the hook and loop wrap a more stable and reusable alternative.
Frequently Asked Questions
How do I apply the arch support wrap?
Position the gel cushion under the arch of your foot and wrap the stretchable fabric around the foot, securing the hook and loop closure at a comfortable tension. The wrap should feel snug enough to hold the gel pad in place without restricting circulation. Adjust the closure as needed for the best fit.
Can I wear this inside my shoes?
Yes. The thin profile is designed to fit inside most standard footwear without adding noticeable bulk. If your shoes are already very snug, you may find it more comfortable to wear the wrap barefoot or over a thin sock at home.
How do I clean the wrap?
Hand wash with mild soap and warm water, rinse thoroughly, and allow to air dry completely before reuse. Do not machine wash or place in a dryer. With proper care, the wrap remains effective for several months of regular use.
Is this the right size for me?
The Large/XL size is designed for larger foot dimensions. If you need a smaller size, check for the Small/Medium version of this product. When in doubt, consult the sizing guide or your podiatrist to confirm the correct fit for your foot.
