About this product
The Flagship Mythos. 85mm. Gravimetric.
The MYG85 Mythos Gravimetric is the flagship of the My Mythos lineup — pairing 85mm flat burrs with built-in gravimetric (dose-by-weight) technology for the most demanding high-volume specialty bars.
Gravimetric at High Throughput
An integrated scale closes the loop between grinder and recipe. Set the target weight and the MYG85 stops to the gram, shot after shot — without sacrificing the speed required at peak service.
Touchscreen Programming
Program multiple doses, switch modes (Stop & Go, Barista Function), and store target weights — all from a full-color touchscreen built for the bar.
Clump Crusher and Engine Protection
Clump crusher delivers an even, fluffy puck. Engine Protection System manages thermal load for reliable performance through long peak shifts.
