Vans Super Standard Ryo Aizawa Snowboard Boots 2027

The 2027 Vans Super Standard Ryo Aizawa is a playful men's snowboard boot inspired by Ryo Aizawa's creative riding style, combining a medium-soft 4-5 flex with premium V3 liner comfort and classic lace-up control for freestyle-focused riding.

Style, Flex & Creative Freedom

• Ryo Aizawa Edition: The Black/Snake colorway gives Ryo Aizawa his own expression of the Super Standard, a boot created around the idea that style and creativity matter as much as pushing technical limits.
• Playful 4-5 Flex: Inspired by the flex and playfulness of the Hi-Standard OG, the Super Standard provides enough support for confident riding while maintaining the freedom to tweak, press, and move naturally.
• V3 UltraCush™ TNF FlashDry™ Liner: Vans' premium liner combines UltraCush cushioning with The North Face FlashDry™ technology for comfortable, moisture-managing performance.
• Asymmetrical PleasureCuff™: A reduced overall boot height and asymmetrical cuff design increase freedom of movement and make it easier to tweak grabs and express your riding style.
• V2 POPCUSH™ Footbed: Supportive cushioning and energy return help keep feet comfortable through long park sessions and full days on the mountain.
• V1 Waffle Lug Outsole: Vans' classic Waffle Lug design uses All-Trac cold-weather rubber for reliable traction and a connected feel on and off the board.

Ideal for Freestyle & All-Mountain Riding

The Super Standard is designed for riders who value creativity, style, and playful snowboard performance. Its moderate 4-5 flex, lower-profile construction, and asymmetrical flex characteristics make it especially well suited to freestyle riding, side hits, transitions, park laps, and expressive all-mountain snowboarding rather than maximum-stiffness technical freeride performance.

A New Take on the Classic Vans Feel

The Super Standard starts with the flex and playfulness Vans riders know from the Hi-Standard OG, then elevates comfort with a V3 liner and V2 footbed. Vans reduced the overall boot height, incorporated an asymmetrical PleasureCuff™ for additional tweakability, and added a molded toe cap for a clean, streamlined profile. The result is a distinctive middle ground between classic Vans simplicity and premium comfort.

Bottom Line: The 2027 Vans Super Standard Ryo Aizawa is a playful freestyle-oriented snowboard boot for riders who want a forgiving 4-5 flex, traditional lace control, premium liner comfort, and plenty of freedom to develop their own style.

Bring Ryo Aizawa-inspired style and creative freedom to your next day on snow with the Vans Super Standard.
