Frequently Asked Questions
Everything you need to know about wearing and adjusting your patella support strap.
Q: Where exactly should I place the strap on my knee?
A: Position the strap directly below your kneecap (patella). Align the V-shaped curve so the dip is directly at the lower base of the kneecap.
Q: Will this strap slip or slide during intense running?
A: No. Unlike traditional fabric bands, the inside is crafted with a 360-degree wave anti-slip texture that grips tightly to your skin or athletic pants. The reinforced metal loop prevents the tension from relaxing during movement.
Q: What materials are used to make this knee strap?
A: The main body is soft, breathable silicone. The strap is a low-pile microfiber weave utilizing high-grade injection-molded hook-and-loop velcro, designed to last over 10,000 uses without fraying or collecting fuzz.
