• Ceramic-Coated Cast Iron Grill Grate Constructed from solid cast iron with a durable ceramic-coated surface, this grill grate delivers strong heat retention while helping reduce sticking. Designed for frequent high-heat grilling.
• Optimized Open-Grate Design for Direct Flame Cooking The open-bar structure allows heat and flame to reach food directly, supporting classic grilling performance with defined sear marks on steaks, burgers, chicken, and vegetables.
• Thick, Heavy-Duty Build for Even Heat The thick cast iron construction helps store and distribute heat evenly across the cooking surface, minimizing hot spots and supporting consistent grilling results.
