About This Item
- Half-Sheet Fit with 30 Circle Guides: Each 16.5 x 11.6 inch mat fits many half-sheet pans and includes 30 printed circles to guide spacing and shell size, helping macarons pair more easily
- Fiberglass-Reinforced Silicone: BPA-free food-grade silicone with fiberglass reinforcement keeps the mat flexible for peeling away from cooled shells while adding stability when supported by a metal baking sheet
- Nonstick Release with Less Prep: Let baked shells cool, then gently peel the mat away for cleaner release; the reusable nonstick surface reduces the need for parchment paper or added grease in many recipes
- 500°F Oven Use with Tray Support: Use on a metal baking sheet for macarons, cookies and pastries; tray support helps keep piped rounds level and makes the flexible mat easier to move; do not place directly on the oven rack
- Easy to Clean and Reuse: Hand-wash with warm water, mild detergent and a soft sponge, then dry fully and store flat or loosely rolled; the 2-pack keeps a second mat ready for the next batch
