• Durable Griddle Replacement Part: The flat top griddle is made of powder-coated steel, which is sturdy and durable, with excellent wear resistance and even heat distribution—making it perfect for everything from pancakes to ground beef burgers.
• User-Friendly Design for Effortless Cooking: The griddle comes with a rear grease system to effectively reduce grease buildup; the handle makes flipping, moving, and cleaning more convenient; the thickened bottom plate prevents deformation while achieving more even heat distribution, enhancing cooking performance.
• Large Griddle Surface: 36" x 22" x 2.4" offers an expansive cooking area that allows you to prepare pancakes, burgers, and veggies simultaneously. It's perfect for family meals, parties, or outdoor gatherings.
• Caring Tips: 1. Wipe the entire surface with a soapy towel to clean off shipping and storage residue; 2. Cover the entire surface with oil and heat on high until the oil smokes (10-15 minutes); 3. When the oil stops smoking, repeat the steps 2-3 times to get the perfect natural non-stick surface.
