Did you know that the clothing and textile industry is one of the largest polluters in the world, second only to the oil industry? Landfills received 10.5 million tons of textile waste in 2015. This accounts for 7.6 percent of all waste sent to landfills. Every year, consumers throw away an average of 70 pounds of clothing and shoes per person. We’re trying to do our part to reduce textile waste, and are so excited to offer this line of small schoolgirl hairbows which are made from preloved and upcycled fabrics!
Bow measures approximately 2.5” x 3.75” Quantities are limited due to fabric sourcing. Bows are available on alligator clips or on soft stretchy nylon headbands that stretch to fit infants through children.
