Unitronic Intercooler - 8V/8Y RS3 & 8S TT RS (2.5TFSI EVO)

Specifically designed for the 2.5TFSI EVO five-cylinder, Unitronic's Intercooler Upgrade is a direct OEM replacement built around an oversized 24" x 10.2" x 3.54" bar-and-plate core with cast aluminum end tanks and TIG welded construction.

The larger core resists heat soak and keeps charge air temperatures down through repeated hard pulls, in a black finish that bolts straight into the factory location.

Installation Notes

Installable in a matter of hours with moderate mechanical knowledge and tools. The 8Y RS3 install differs slightly from the 8V RS3/8S TT RS install; both are covered in the official Unitronic installation guide (PDF). Cars equipped with Adaptive Cruise Control on model years 2018-2021 need the separate ACC intercooler adapter; it is not required for the 8Y RS3.
