About this product
The Transit Van Core Front Bumper Skid Plate is a critical protection upgrade designed specifically to integrate with our Transit Core Front Bumper. Built for drivers who push their vans beyond paved roads, this skid plate helps protect vital undercarriage components so you can tackle rugged terrain with confidence.
Constructed from 5mm thick aluminum, the skid plate provides substantial defense against rocks, debris, and trail impacts that could otherwise cause costly damage. Its precision-engineered design works seamlessly with the Transit Core Front Bumper to create a unified front-end armor system—shielding both the bumper and the vulnerable components beneath your van.
The lightweight yet durable construction delivers maximum protection without unnecessary weight, while the exterior-grade, UV-rated powder coat ensures long-term durability in harsh environments. This skid plate is a must-have addition for Transit owners building a capable, off-road-ready van.
Please note: This skid plate is designed exclusively for use with our Transit Core Front Bumper and is not compatible with Trail models or vans equipped with body lifts.
