Two feeding positions!! The Twin Z Can be used wrapped around you back with the middle leg as a back support for mom  and buckled in the front or it can be wrapped in the front so you have a large feeding surface for 2 babies and buckled in the back! Both positions provide a firm surface for 2 babies!

The  Twin Z Pillow provides comfortable support for parents and caregivers while breastfeeding or bottle feeding two babies.
