Stock-length shock compatibility: Fullflight Racing A-arms are designed to work with stock-length shocks when ordered in the standard shock configuration. If you choose a special shock option, follow the requirements listed for that option.
Product and fitment: Suzuki 1987-1992 LT500R A-Arms. Select the matching vehicle, available width or length, suspension configuration and finish from the options on this page.
Kit contents: Review the included upper and lower A-arms, steering components, joints and bushings listed below. Contents and required additional parts vary by model and selected configuration.
Notice: Must reuse lower balljoint pinch bolt as well as the main bolt that holds the balljoint. We recommend you use blue lock tight on the main bolt.
Production lead time: 10–14 business days. This item is manufactured to order. Allow 10–14 business days for production before shipping; transit time is additional.

FullFlight Racing Elite 3.0 A-Arms for the 1987-1992 Suzuki LT500R.
This listing is for a +2 width front suspension setup designed to give the LT500R a wider stance for improved stability and more confident cornering in dunes, trails, racing, and high-performance builds.
The Elite 3.0 design uses Delrin frame bushings with steel sleeves and sealed automotive-style chromoly ball joints for durable off-road use and dependable steering feel.
Important fitment note: 1987 LT500R applications use an upper-arm spacer. The 1988-1992 applications use the corresponding year-specific configuration shown in the product options.
Kit includes:
- 2 upper A-arms with Delrin bushings and steel sleeves
- 2 lower A-arms with Delrin bushings and steel sleeves
- 2 tie rods
- 4 sealed automotive-style chromoly ball joints
- 2 FullFlight Racing decals
