About this product
Overview
When you're dealing with stubborn stumps, deep-rooted posts, or rocky terrain that laughs at standard buckets, the GREYWOLF Mini Skid Steer Stump Bucket delivers the specialized power you need to get the job done right. This heavy-duty attachment transforms your mini skid steer into a precision stump removal machine, making quick work of projects that would otherwise eat up your entire day.
Built by Grey Wolf with rugged 1/4-inch thick steel construction, this stump bucket is engineered for contractors, landscapers, and property owners who demand reliable performance from their equipment. The universal quick attach plate means you'll spend less time switching attachments and more time tackling the tough stuff that pays the bills.
What sets this stump bucket apart is its thoughtful design that maximizes your machine's leverage and power. The serrated cutting edges slice through root systems like a hot knife through butter, while the compact 24-inch width gives you the maneuverability to work in tight spaces where larger equipment can't reach.
Whether you're clearing land for new construction, removing old fence posts that seem welded to the earth, or cleaning up after storm damage, this attachment handles the heavy lifting while you focus on efficiency and results. The powder-coated finish ensures it'll look professional job after job, even when you're working in the harshest conditions.
Forge Claw is proud to distribute this exceptional attachment from Grey Wolf, a manufacturer known for building equipment that stands up to real-world punishment. When you invest in quality tools like this stump bucket, you're not just buying an attachment – you're buying peace of mind and the confidence that comes from using equipment that won't let you down when deadlines are tight.
At just 65 pounds, this stump bucket won't bog down your mini skid steer's performance, but it packs enough strength to handle stumps that would challenge much larger equipment. The compact dimensions make it perfect for residential work, cemetery maintenance, utility line clearing, and any job where precision matters as much as power.
The serrated edges aren't just a nice touch – they're strategically designed to reach far under stumps and tear through root systems that hold everything in place. Instead of spending hours with hand tools or calling in expensive specialized equipment, you can tackle most stump removal jobs yourself with confidence.
This attachment shines in applications where traditional digging buckets fall short. Old fence posts, decorative boulders, established shrubs with deep root systems, and even small stumps from tree removal projects become manageable tasks instead of back-breaking challenges.
The universal mounting system means compatibility with most mini skid steer models, so you won't need to worry about custom modifications or adapter plates. Grey Wolf designed this bucket to work with the equipment you already own, making it a smart addition to any contractor's arsenal.
For agricultural professionals dealing with pasture improvement, fence line maintenance, or land clearing projects, this stump bucket offers the precision and power to work efficiently without damaging surrounding areas. The controlled leverage lets you extract what you need to remove while leaving everything else untouched.
Forge Claw stands behind every GREYWOLF attachment we distribute, offering the technical support and parts availability you need to keep your equipment running strong. Our team understands the demands of your work environment and can help you get the most from your investment.

Additional Information
This stump bucket is ideal for landscape contractors, tree service companies, utility contractors, and property maintenance professionals who regularly encounter stumps, posts, and rooted obstacles. It's equally valuable for agricultural operations dealing with fence line maintenance, pasture improvement, and land clearing projects where precision and efficiency matter.
The universal quick attach design ensures compatibility with most mini skid steer brands and models, but it's always wise to verify mounting specifications with your equipment manufacturer. The attachment's weight distribution and operating characteristics are optimized for mini skid steers in the 1,500 to 3,000-pound operating capacity range.
For best results, approach stumps at a slight angle to engage the serrated edges effectively, and use controlled hydraulic pressure to avoid sudden jerking motions that could stress your machine. Work systematically around larger stumps to cut major roots before attempting final extraction, and always be aware of underground utilities when working near developed areas.
Maintenance is straightforward – keep the attachment clean, inspect welds and cutting edges regularly, and touch up the powder coating as needed to prevent corrosion. Store the attachment on level ground or proper stands to prevent stress on the quick attach mechanism, and lubricate mounting pins according to your mini skid steer manufacturer's recommendations.
