Water-activated split cake liners! A little splash of water turns these colors into liquid liner for face and body art. Splash Liner comes in twelve different variations, each containing multiple colors.
Where to use: Face and body liner. All shades except Graphite are not intended for use in the immediate eye area.
How to Use: Wet a liner brush and swipe across the desired color before application.
