Designed with a round neckline and long balloon sleeves with gathered cuffs, this top is finished with a wide smocked panel at the waist and a soft peplum ruffle that flares out below it. The lightweight woven fabric drapes easily and the smocking pulls in at the narrowest part so it gives you shape without ever feeling tight. Style it with dark denim and booties, or with black pants and heels when you need something dressier. Available in Teal and Black.
