About this product
Built for the Next Generation Tacoma
The Smittybilt Defender Series Roof Rack is engineered specifically for the 2025+ Toyota 4Runner, delivering the perfect balance of rugged durability, aerodynamic efficiency, and overland-ready functionality. Whether you're mounting a rooftop tent, hauling recovery gear, or building the ultimate adventure rig, this platform rack provides the strength and versatility Tacoma owners demand.
Constructed from 2.8mm extruded aluminum stringers, the Defender rack offers exceptional strength while keeping weight to a minimum. A light textured black powder coat finish adds corrosion resistance and a refined, trail-ready appearance that complements the Tacoma’s modern design.
Maximum Utility for Real Adventures
The integrated crossbar flooring creates a stable and spacious platform, making it easy to mount rooftop tents, cargo boxes, recovery boards, bikes, and other overland essentials. Multiple mounting points provide flexibility for a wide range of accessories, allowing you to customize your setup for work, travel, or off-road exploration.
Designed with both form and function in mind, the Defender Series roof rack maintains a low-profile, aerodynamic shape that helps reduce wind noise while maintaining the strength needed for demanding gear loads.
