HOW DO I CLEAN MY STAINLESS STEEL GRIDDLE (alternate method for high-grease applications)
- After complete cooking, turn off the grill. While the griddle is still warm, spray or drizzle cooking oil on the griddle surface.
- Use a wide flexible stainless steel scraper to quickly move the residue to the grease trough.
- Use the scraper with paper towels to carefully clean out the grease trough. If there is a large quantity of grease in the trough, allow the griddle to cool down prior to cleaning the grease trough.
