About this product
Press harder. Sear better.
The Independent Ironware Searing Press is built for cooks who take their crust seriously. Heavy-duty cast iron construction withstands up to 1,200°F, making it at home on any cooking surface — stovetop, grill, flat-top, or open fire. A raised handle keeps your hand safely out of the heat while you press down with confidence.
Smash burgers, sear steaks, press bacon flat, flatten paninis, keep tortillas from puffing, or press sausage into perfect patties. This press does it all, and it does it with the kind of heirloom durability that only American-made cast iron delivers.
