RPM Big Core Intercooler
From mild to wild, the RPM SXS "Big Core" Performance Intercooler has your Can-Am Maverick X3 covered! Engineered to deliver a massive improvement over the stock setup, its oversized core allows your engine to stay safely in peak power for longer by drastically minimizing thermal heat soak. Cooler Intake Air Temperatures (IATs) mean more consistent horsepower output—even on 91-octane pump gas—and significantly lower risk of power-robbing knock or detonation. When tested in extreme desert sand conditions, the RPM Big Core intercooler maintained up to 50°F cooler IATs compared to factory units!
Constructed to handle extreme boost pressures and tested up to 60 PSI, this intercooler features a 60% larger core volume than stock. It comes equipped with a giant 10" deep-dish cooling fan that moves an impressive 1,100 CFM—delivering 350+ CFM more air movement than the factory fan assembly! Designed for maximum versatility, it mates seamlessly with stock or aftermarket silicone charge tubes and fully retains the OEM top intercooler cover for a clean, factory-stealth appearance. Whether you are upgrading an existing intercooled machine or converting a 120HP base model to run 170+ HP ECU tunes, this is the ultimate bolt-on intercooler upgrade.
