About this product
The Rocket Espresso Giotto Fast V Giannino Bundle puts a full-size Rocket heat-exchanger machine and a Rocket grinder made to match on your countertop. The Giotto FAST V offers a 1.8-liter heat-exchanger boiler, PID temperature control and a built-in shot timer, while the Giannino adds 55mm flat burrs, stepless grind adjustment and programmable dosing.
We paired the FAST V with the Giannino because both focus on consistency without complication. The Giotto reaches brewing temperature in about 15 minutes and runs from its internal reservoir, so there's no plumbing to plan around, while the Giannino's saved doses and quiet case keep your daily routine simple.
