Overview
The Rocket Espresso Bicocca Espresso Machine is designed to deliver consistent, high-quality espresso. A large-format espresso machine that doubles as a light commercial option for small spaces, the Bicocca's feature set is purpose-built for shot-to-shot repeatability. The Bicocca's dedicated brew boiler, steam boiler, and group heater are all individually PID-controlled, ensuring temperatures stay the same along the entire brew path. Similarly, shot programming offers timed pre-infusion and volumetric infusion steps, helping to keep your espresso the same from first pull to last. Both temperature and volume are controlled through the group-mounted touchscreen, which also gives access to auto-on scheduling, cleaning cycles, shot counters, and other settings. The Bicocca's production-focused design also means it comes ready-to-plumb and easy to service, with accessible hose connections, drains, and modular components.
Handmade in Milan: at the heart of every Rocket Espresso machine is the tradition of ‘Fatto a Mano’ meaning to be Made by hand’. It is this authentic passion for great design and handmade products that has led to Milan becoming the renowned designer city of the world.
Machine Body
The Bicocca machine body is bold and purposeful in its design aesthetic, mirroring the innovative technical features of the product. The architectural approach is demonstrated when we observe the design of the machine panel sides, inspired by the “ashlar”, a characteristic element of fine Renaissance architecture.
