The Octave is a mid-flexing all-mountain boot designed for comfort and performance. The Zonal BOA® Configuration allows you to tighten the upper and lower sections of the boot independently. The Octave utilizes RIDE’s Sequence Lacing. Tongue Tied™ Hybrid Harness internal lacing system makes this boot truly best in class, keeping our heel snug and locked into the pocket. The Tongue Tied™ Hybrid Harness is operated by the inner lacing system and combines and internal upper harness with RIDE’s Tongue Tied™ system routing the internal laces through the corners of the external tongue of the boot. Let’s break this down- When you pull the liner lace, it’s actually going to pull the top of the boot tight while securing the tongue of the boot over your foot and pushing your heel into the heel pocket.
