Releasit Bio-Encap is a highly concentrated, low-moisture encapsulation detergent for commercial carpet cleaners who are asked to use greener products. It is formulated with ingredients chosen with safety and environmental impact in mind, including the CRYSTALON-bp encapsulation bio-polymer, and it performs best when shower-fed.
Features

- Encapsulates soil. CRYSTALON-bp holds soil in suspension until normal post-vacuuming. On heavily soiled areas, make additional scrubbing passes without applying more solution.
- Soil-resistant residue. The detergent dries to a non-sticky crystal that does not attract additional soil.
Directions
Shampoo or encapsulation cleaning: Shake well. Mix 4 ounces per gallon of hot water and scrub with overlapping passes. A light whitening of thin foam is sufficient. On heavier soil, make additional scrubbing passes without applying more solution. Do not rinse. Vacuum at the next scheduled interval to recover the encapsulated soil.
Traffic-lane pre-spray: Mix 8-10 ounces per gallon.
Bonnet or pad cleaning: Mix 4-6 ounces per gallon and clean with overlapping passes using a damp bonnet or pad.
Recurring spills: Mix one part Bio-Encap with two parts water, spray the spill, and brush the solution through the fibers.
Equipment: Cimex machines, orbital scrubbers, CRB machines, 175 RPM rotary scrubbers, and bonnet or pad methods. Test for colorfastness before cleaning.
Package: 1 gallon.
