Turn your recteq into a true high-heat searing machine. The Cast Iron Griddle & Sear Kit Combo is designed to trap, retain, and radiate intense heat for deeper crusts and steakhouse-quality sear marks right on your pellet grill. Made from heavy-duty cast iron, this kit delivers superior heat retention for consistent, edge-to-edge cooking. Use the raised side to concentrate heat for bold sear marks on steaks, chops, and burgers, or flip it over to create a flat-top griddle surface ideal for smash burgers, eggs, bacon, fajitas, and all-over browning. One accessory, two cooking surfaces, zero compromises. Whether you’re finishing a reverse-seared steak or running a full griddle cook, the Cast Iron Griddle & Sear Kit Combo is here to give your recteq even more recipe potential.
