About this product
Highlights
The Silvia Pro X was expertly designed and built around years of success with the original Silvia Pro. By adding an additional boiler internally it has given the barista the control they've always wanted, without sacrificing quality or reliability with the Rancilio name. The Silvia Pro X has a unique internal design that allows the coffee boiler to take precedence over the steam boiler, and thus more control over your shots and temperature stability. The group head is 58mm.
Dual Boiler
The Silvia Pro X features a dual boiler system, comprising a 1-liter steam boiler and a 300ml brew boiler. This setup allows you to brew espresso and steam milk simultaneously, making it perfect for crafting café-quality drinks at home without waiting for the machine to switch between functions. Each boiler operates independently, ensuring consistent temperature and performance for both brewing and steaming, even during high-demand use.
Steam, Optional
Designed with efficiency in mind, the Silvia Pro X allows you to activate the steam boiler only when needed. This reduces energy consumption and focuses on maintaining optimal brew temperature stability. Whether you’re crafting latte art or brewing espresso, this machine adapts to your needs without compromise.
PID Control
The Silvia Pro X is equipped with advanced PID temperature control for both the brew and steam circuits. This feature provides precise temperature management, allowing you to adjust settings to-the-degree for personalized brewing results. The PID system ensures consistent performance, giving you the confidence to extract the perfect shot every time.
Soft Pre-Infusion
Enjoy smoother, more balanced espresso shots with the Silvia Pro X’s adjustable soft pre-infusion. By introducing water at a low pressure before full extraction, this feature enhances flavor clarity and minimizes channeling, making it easier to achieve barista-level results at home.
Shot Timer
The front-facing PID screen doubles as a shot timer, offering a clear and accurate display of extraction time. This built-in tool is invaluable for espresso enthusiasts aiming to fine-tune their brewing process and replicate consistent results.
Auto On
Wake up to the aroma of freshly brewed espresso with the Silvia Pro X’s programmable wake-up feature. Simply set the desired activation time, and the machine will be ready to brew when you are. This feature is perfect for busy mornings or ensuring your machine is prepped for guests.
Premium Portafilter
The Silvia Pro X comes with an upgraded stainless steel portafilter, inspired by Rancilio Specialty models. This premium accessory not only enhances the machine’s aesthetic but also ensures durability and optimal performance, making it a standout tool for any espresso enthusiast.
