Super Lite AFO by ProCare is perfect for anyone suffering from drop foot syndrome. May also be used for extreme weakening of the ankle joints as it provides lateral support for the foot and ankle while also adding stationary rear leg support.
The ProCare Super Lite AFO is fabricated from injection-molded polyethylene and provides static dorsiflexion assistance with the additional lateral stability for the entire foot-ankle area.
The slim design of the AFO aligns with the contours of the ankle to help prevent an ill-fit and to provide a near full range of motion. The brace is also lighter than any traditional solid-heel AFO braces. This makes it an excellent choice for anyone looking for lightweight support that will not interfere with day-to-day activities.
The ProCare Super Lite injection molding allows for thicker polyethylene on the vertical aspect for rigidity and a thinner footplate. It can be trimmed and molded via heat gun for a tailored fit.
