Large items will ship via freight carrier and be delivered to your front door, driveway, or nearest accessible location. The freight carrier will call you to schedule a delivery time that is convenient for you.
Inside Delivery
Your unit is delivered by a freight carrier and brought over the threshold inside your home - only at ground-level. The freight carrier will not deliver the product up any stairs or ramps nor will they unpack the product to fit through doors. To ensure that Inside Delivery is an option for you, please measure the door to your home (ground-level) to ensure that it is at least 36” wide (standard width of the box). The carrier will call you directly to schedule a convenient time for delivery.

White Glove Delivery is a premium delivery option that provides added convenience of having your unit unpacked. At the scheduled time, your new scooter is:
