Prairie is a unique, single-ply brushed suri yarn made from 100% alpaca. These 50 gram hanks have 273 yards and are perfect to carry along with other yarns to create a feathery, soft halo, or on its own for light and airy garments and accessories. It's also a wonderful option instead of mohair to add a luxuriously soft feel to any garment. We offer Prairie in 12 beautiful colors. In addition, for a limited time, we have seven hand dyed colors of Prairie Hand Dyed which is a collaboration between Blue Sky Fibers and Malabrigo.

Care – Dry clean or handwash in tepid water using a mild soap. Do not agitate or twist. Shape and dry flat on a towel.
