UTV trail boot is a quick side of the trail fix to increase time on the trail. Flexible and durable boot material expands over  a cone tool for CV boot repairs without the need to dissemble CV axles. The trail boot is versatile and will work on most makes & models. All components fit inside the cone, and a cover is provided for compact durable storage. This kit fits well in a cargo box, attached to a roll cage, in a glovebox or any other storage location. includes 
CV Boot Repair Kit Installation

Sometimes you need an on the go repair. With the CV Boot Repair Kit you have the ability to do a quick trail side fix to increase your overall trail time. The universal fit works as a temporary fix for most powersports axles and easily fits inside a cargo box, or other storage locations like the glovebox. To install follow these steps:

  1. Remove wheel and axle nut
  2. Remove brake caliper, hub, tie rod, 6 upper and lower ball joints
  3. Remove old boot & clean joint
  4. Spread silicone lube on entire cone tool. Slide boot over cone tool, large end first. See package for outer boot instructions
  5. Empty the bag of grease into the CV joint/boot, clean sealing points & install clamps
  6. Reassemble tie rod, ball joints, brake caliper, axle nut, tire & wheel

*Refer to your service manual for further instructions and torque specifications. This is designed for temporary CV boot repair. Purchase the OEM CV Boot for a permanent repair.
