Your floorboards are exposed to every rock, root, and chunk of trail debris you roll over. Without protection, they take damage that adds up fast. These floorboard guards mount directly to your 2025–2026 Polaris Sportsman 570 with straight A-arms and take those hits instead. They're built from heavy-duty 3/16" 5052-H32 aluminum and made right here in the USA — solid enough to handle real trail abuse without weighing you down.

Material Options
You've got two choices depending on how hard you ride:
- 3/16" 5052-H32 Aluminum — Durable and strong, handles the trail day in and day out
- 3/16" Aluminum + 1/4" UHMW — Adds a tough plastic layer on top for extra cushion when you hit something hard, plus it slides smoothly over logs and rocks
Add Wheel-Well Coverage
If you want to protect the whole undercarriage, grab our UHMW wheel-well guards (SKU: 866-WW). They bolt straight onto these floorboard guards and keep mud and rocks out of your wheel wells. Fair warning: they only work when paired with this product.
Black Powder Coat Option
