About this product
Your A-arms and CV boots get hammered on the trail—rocks, logs, stumps, all of it takes shots at those expensive parts. Without protection, one bad line means a costly repair. This front and rear guard set wraps both your A-arms and CV boots in tough 3/16" 5052-H32 aluminum, custom-fitted to your 2018–2025 Polaris Ranger XP 1000 NorthStar so you can focus on riding instead of babying your machine.
What You Get
- Guards for both front and rear A-arms
- CV boot protection, front and rear
- All the bolts and hardware you need to bolt it on
- Made in the USA
The Material—Why It Matters
These guards are cut from 3/16" 5052-H32 aluminum, the same tough alloy used in boats and industrial gear where durability isn't optional. This stuff handles impacts without snapping or bending out of shape, and it laughs at rust. It's the difference between a guard that protects for years and one that fails when you need it most.
Black Powder Coat Option
Want it to look blacked out and mean? You can add a black powder coat finish for $50. Fair warning—that finish takes an extra 1–2 weeks to ship because it's applied after we build yours. But it looks sharp and holds up to weather and trail grime really well.
2018–2020: SKU 932A / 2021–2025: SKU 989A
