These inserts provide pain relief from plantar fasciitis, with or without the existence of heel spurs. The built in arch support from the foam pad and breathable compression band helps to distribute foot pressure to support the arch & plantar fascia and provide long-lasting all-day comfort. Wear these supportive sleeves throughout the day with shoes & socks, around the house barefoot or in your slippers. You can wear them to bed while you're getting some well deserved rest, to avoid morning plantar fasciitis pain! The arch support takes pressure off the heel, providing targeted support to the fascia, reducing plantar fasciitis pain, and relieving tired, achy feet. Relieves pain throughout the day and is comfortable to wear during any activity!
