About this product
The sleek modern design of the Pink and Gray Faux Leather Full-size Super Giant Print King James Version Bible with Thumb Index is the perfect Bible for the woman with a modern style who appreciates the contributions of the past. This Bible features the Classic King James Version text in an updated jacket printed in a Super Giant Print font.
The smooth front and back covers of the Bible are separated in a color block design. A light rose pink band covers the top two-thirds of the cover, and a light dovetail gray band covers the bottom third. A double row of topstitching joins the color blocks together. A delicate gold-foiled frame with corner scroll designs runs along the borders of the book. The gold-foiled title appears on the front cover as well as the spine, where it is paired with the KJV version reference.
The delicate page edges are protected by gold gilt-edging, and a thumb index and silver satin ribbon marker will help you navigate your Bible and save your spot. A lay-flat Smyth sewn spine protects the Bible binding when opened, and topstitching along the edges of the covers protects from wear and tear.
With an easy-to-read super giant 17-point type text in a double-column format, footnote cross-reference guide, concordance, and thematic Scripture verse finder, you'll find this Bible an excellent tool for study. Additional study features include the words of Christ in red ink, eight full-color annotated biblical maps, and a one-year Bible reading plan.
A presentation page is included in the front of the Bible, and it can be personalized with a special encouraging message when this super giant print Bible is given as a gift. As a bonus, the Epistle Dedicatory written by the original translators of the KJV Bible is included to provide a historical background to the edition. The original 1769 English text is used for this Bible. The reader should anticipate subtle variations in spelling and language usage that will differ from modern English.
