The Panini Pulled Top by Issey Miyake is a long-sleeved knit top characterized by a silhouette that moderately follows the body, created through flat pressing. Pressing a blended yarn of thermoplastic synthetic fiber and wool-alpaca creates a crisp, firm texture and a subtle sheen not usually seen in knitwear. Molds are sandwiched inside and pressed, much like the fillings in a panini, and the edges where nothing is sandwiched are firmly fused together.
