Sizing is based on shoe size and fits either foot. XS fits Men's 2 to 4 and Women's 3.5 to 5.5. S fits Men's 4.5 to 7 and Women's 6 to 8. M fits Men's 7.5 to 10.5 and Women's 8.5 to 11.5.
