The Jet® 22" Oscillating Drum Sander with Closed Stand , model JWDS-2244OSC is designed to provide a superior finish and makes for a healthier sanding experience due to better dust control. With an exclusive variable speed oscillating drum that moves from left to right, it will minimize visual scratch patterns and increases the lifespan of abrasive paper. Jet’s Sandsmart™ conveyer system continuously monitors the load on the drum motor to prevent an overload situation by automatically adjusting the conveyer speed. The dust hood has a molded design that optimizes dust collection up to 97% efficient, preventing dust and chips to get between your work-piece and the finish.
